Located in South Huntsville, Alabama, The Boot Cooking Class was created from Lisa's love for cooking and her passion for sharing the traditions of Italy. It's a place where people come together to enjoy authentic Italian food, learn new skills, and experience true Italian hospitality.
Choose from our lively demonstration classes, where Lisa prepares classic Italian dishes while sharing stories, tips, and techniques—an interactive experience with the fun of an Italian hibachi—or join one of our hands-on classes to make fresh pasta, pizza, and other Italian favorites from scratch.
